Dear Graduands,

For the Graduation Ceremonies, commencing on 29th April 2024, a Graduation Portrait Photography service will be provided by Silver Rose Photography.

 

Silver Rose Photography offers:

• Free no obligation portrait sittings on the day.

• No bookings, pre-payments or pre-selections required.

• Family and friends welcome to participate.

• All viewing and ordering is done online.

 

What We Do:

Silver Rose will have 4 onsite portrait studios set up for individual graduate and family portrait photography sessions.  Our professional photographers will check and attend to your gowning ensuring you look your very best for your photographs. They will take your individual portrait and then with any family or friends that you request. The photography sessions are FREE and there is absolutely no obligation to purchase.  Simply view your photographs online from the next day and order if you wish.

 

Where To Find Us On The Day:

Our Photography Studios are conveniently located in the Pavilions (directly behind the Sir John Clancy Auditorium where your ceremony will take place).
Studios are also located in the foyer of the Roundhouse on the 6th & 7th May 2024

 

When To Visit Us:

Our studios are open from 8.00am each graduation day and remain open until after the last ceremony of the day.  The studios are often less busy before your ceremony and you do not need to have your degree testamur as our Photographers use an official UNSW Testamur Presentation Tube in the photo session.

What To Do:

Directly after your gowning simply proceed to the Silver Rose Portrait photography area to have your free individual and/or family portrait photography session.  If your family are not present at this time then we suggest that you still get your individual portraits done and pop back later with your family.  There is absolutely no obligation to purchase so make sure you don’t miss out on this opportunity.

Your photo session proof images will be available to view and order via an email link sent to you the following day.  At the photo session you will also be given a personal customer code which will allow you and your family to manually access your graduation proofs on the Silver Rose Photography website from the next day.
